Why you need a permit

Yard sales are limited to four (4) such permits may be issued to one residential location, residence, and/or family household during any calendar year.

Multiple Family Yard Sale

If members of more than one residence join in requesting a permit, then such permit shall be considered as in having been issued for each and all such residences.

Limitations

No more than six (6) permits may be issued for any nonresidential location during any calendar year in accordance with Section 9 Chapter 7 of the City of Munford Municipal Code. (ORDINANCE 2017-08-02)
