When is Property Tax delinquent?
All unpaid taxes become delinquent on March 1. Interest will be added at the rate of 1.5% per month for all unpaid taxes.
Prior year delinquent Property Taxes
Prior year delinquent taxes are turned over to Clerk and Master (Chancery Court) for collection on April 1 each year.
