Public Forum Mr. James Rosen who lives at 906 Beaver, between Fleming and Valentine Park, spoke concerning some drainage problems in the area. He stated that during a hard rain it affected eight to ten houses. He feels the ditches are adequate, but where the culvert goes under Beaver is where the choke point is. He wanted to know if something could be done to alleviate the problem. He also wanted to know, since Beaver Road has recently been repaved, when it was going to be striped.
Mayor Cole responded that in the past, the city has studied the drainage problem in that area, but has not come to a solution. The issue of striping Beaver, this will be done.
