Alderwoman Terry Colin

Theresa “Terry” Bibb-Colin is a Graduate of Munford High School and the University of Tennessee degree in Earth Science. She attended graduate school at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN and worked for the State of Minnesota in the State Planning Office and the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Waters Regulatory Programs.
Since returning to Munford in 1984, she has served on the Celebrate Munford Committee, the Munford Regional Planning Commission and has chaired the Munford Board of Zoning and Appeals. She has served as President of the South Tipton County Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. Alderman Colin is a 37-year member of Munford Presbyterian Church where she is Choir Director and Elder. She also volunteers on a regular basis at Munford Elementary and Middle Schools. She is serving her second four-year term on the Munford City Board of Aldermen. She is married and has two children.
