Dear Mayor Cole,
We would like to commend two of your City of Munford employees: Rodney McLillie and Mark Walker. On the morning of the Fourth of July, we discovered a bad water leak at the road. Within a few minutes Rodney was here to assess the situation, and shortly thereafter, Mark was here with the backhoe.
They had to dig up our water meter, install updated piping under the road, and reconnect the pipe to the meter. Our waste water service was restored within a relatively short period of time with minimal disturbance to our lawn. These two employees worked diligently without complaint on a holiday, and we wanted you to know how pleased we were with their courteous, prompt, and efficient service.
