 order form

As part of the Celebration for the 100th anniversary of the incorporation of the City of Munford, a new, multi-purpose park, aptly named Centennial Park, is being developed.

The park is located at the corner of Dacus and Reeder Roads. Construction of this facility is underway and will contain 5 ball fields, playground, 1/2 mile fitness trail, picninc area, clubhouse and impressive entryway paved with customized bricks.

The park will not only provide numerous athletic opportunites, but also offer citizens an opportunity to gather in a well-lit, family friendly atmosphere.

Your contribution is necessary to ensure the success of this project. And, with your contribution, your name or cause will be forever etched in stone.

Please Help beautify our new park area. The entrance to Centennial Park will be paved with bricks engraved with the names of individuals, groups, organizations or just about whatever else you would like to honor for a permanent place in Munford’s history. Bricks are engraved and epoxy-filled for a lifetime of clarity and protection.

New orders will be placed when minimum
requirements from the paver company are met.
